Who are we?

Vise Juste ! is a free online intuition game available at visejuste.app. The site is operated on a personal basis and is not a commercial entity. For any questions, you can reach us at: visejuste.game@gmail.com

Data collected

Data collected directly

The game runs entirely in your browser, with no user account and no registration. The vast majority of features require no personal data.

The only data we collect directly relates to the Solo with AI leaderboard, and only if you choose to publish your score. In that case, we collect: your freely chosen username, your score, the game mode, and an anonymised hash of your IP address (used solely to limit abusive submissions, never displayed or shared). This data is stored on Supabase (European infrastructure) and is publicly visible on the leaderboard page.

To request deletion of your leaderboard data, please use our contact form. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Online mode

Online mode allows you to play with others remotely via game rooms. For this mode, we temporarily collect the following information: the username freely chosen for the session, the player's anonymous identifier (generated locally in your browser via localStorage, never linked to a real identity), and the room settings (game mode, number of rounds, language). This data is stored in our Supabase database for the duration of the game and automatically deleted at the end of the session or at most within 3 hours of the last activity. It is never shared, sold or used for advertising purposes.

Usernames used in online mode are not public and do not persist after the room ends. They are distinct from leaderboard usernames, which are publicly visible. If you wish to delete data relating to you, please use our contact form.

Data collected by third parties

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements. This third-party service may collect browsing data and use cookies to personalise ads. This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Google AdSense uses cookies to serve relevant ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can withdraw your consent or manage your preferences at any time via the consent management button on the site, or by visiting Google's privacy settings.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street, Suite 701, San Francisco, California 94104, United States. Vercel may collect technical browsing data (IP address, server logs) as part of normal web hosting operations.

1. Service description

Vise Juste! is a free online entertainment game, available at visejuste.app, with no registration or account required. The service is provided free of charge, funded by advertising displayed via Google AdSense.

The service is provided "as is", without any guarantee of permanent availability. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access 24/7, nor the absence of bugs or technical interruptions. No compensation may be claimed in the event of unavailability.

2. Intellectual property

All elements constituting Vise Juste! — including the name "Vise Juste!", the logo, source code, interface design, and all scales integrated into the application — are the exclusive property of their author and are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use of these elements, without prior written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.

3. User-generated content

The "Custom" mode allows users to create their own personalised scales. This content remains the sole responsibility of the user who creates it. The author of Vise Juste! cannot be held responsible for content created by users. It is prohibited to use the service for harassment, discrimination, or the distribution of unlawful content.

4. Limitation of liability

The author of Vise Juste! shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the service, technical bugs or interruptions, or any content created by users in Custom mode.

5. Advertising

The service is funded by advertisements displayed via Google AdSense. By using the service, you agree to the display of these advertisements. The content of advertisements is managed by Google and is not the responsibility of the author of Vise Juste!

6. Modifications to these Terms

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
